Protective coverage
for the duration of the event.
Huffmaster provides protective and guard coverage attached to a crisis, incident, or surge event — a labor disruption, a disaster response, a facility evacuation, an investigation, or a systems outage that leaves an opening uncovered. Coverage is scoped to the event, mobilized with the response, and demobilized when the event closes. A facility stops for one of two reasons: the workforce stops, or the systems fail. Most contractors address one. Huffmaster addresses both — under one contract and one point of accountability.
01Scope of Work
- ▸Incident and crisis post coverage for the duration of an event
- ▸Protective coverage deployed alongside a crisis staffing activation
- ▸Access control and entry screening during a disruption or evacuation
- ▸Asset and perimeter protection while a facility is in an abnormal state
- ▸Executive and personnel protective escort during an incident
- ▸Documentation, incident reporting, and escalation to agency security
- ▸Interim coverage while a security system is down or being commissioned
- ▸Demobilization and handback when the event closes
02Deployment Model
Event activation
24/7 activation desk takes the call, scopes the posture, and sets a mobilization clock against the event — not a hiring cycle.
Sourced outside the market
Personnel drawn from the national pool rather than the local labor market, so an event affecting the area does not thin the response.
Supervision layer
Site supervisors and regional managers accountable for post integrity through the event, with written reporting each shift.
Demobilization
Coverage is sized down and closed out as the event resolves. Huffmaster does not hold permanent static posts.
03Federal Relevance
Crises create protective requirements that no standing contract anticipated: an evacuation, a disaster site, a labor disruption, an investigation, or a security system outage. Huffmaster stands up event-driven coverage with its own screening, supervision, and logistics, and is listed in the SAM disaster response registry for all of the United States — so surge coverage does not require a new vendor. This line is deliberately scoped to incidents and events; Huffmaster does not offer long-term permanent post staffing.
